Dale Clymens
Dale has been with the company since 2004 and is the Construction Manager for Landmark Group and its storage subsidiary Dino s Storage. He has extensive hands on experience within the construction industry, having grown up in a family who owned a general contracting business specializing in commercial structures. Dale graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing, developed his sales skills and began work in the fast changing environmental hazardous waste disposal industry, eventually managing a Utah branch office of Burlington Environmental, disposing of several thousand pounds of industrial hazardous materials every month from industries as diverse gold mining and the aerospace industry.
Dale made his way back to the construction industry and the family business by assisting in the start up of a factory which designed and constructed Modular homes, working on single and multifamily projects in SE Nebraska. In between the two previous positions he worked for short while behind the scenes in the Utah film industry for Redman Movies and Stories of Salt Lake City. Dale is not sure how that little chapter of life experience entered his resume but remembers the time fondly working on film locations with many production companies.
With a long interest in history it is not a surprise that Dale enjoys historical reenactments. His experience as a mounted cavalry trooper has led him to short opportunities of working in a number of motion pictures films as a mounted soldier. When time permits he enjoys auditioning and performing in local theater. However he is most proud of being a father to two beautiful daughters and a son.
